Babak "Bob" Semnar has dedicated his firm to representing individuals who face civil litigation, criminal prosecution, or consumer credit reporting issues. Mr. Semnar has 14 years of legal experience, including over 32 trials, over 100 preliminary hearings, as well as thousands of court appearances. All of which are utilized to provide our clients with a comprehensive, yet aggressive representation.
Mr. Semnar is passionate about representing individuals who are in need of an advocate to stand for their rights, especially when they have been morally and legally wronged. He also proudly represents individuals who are facing criminal prosecution or seek remedies provided by the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) and the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).
After opening his own office in Riverside County (Temecula), Mr. Semnar moved to Vista (North San Diego County) where he helped to create Semnar & Hartman, LLP. Both Semnar Law Firm, Inc. and Semnar & Hartman, LLP are consumer rights firms, serving individuals within San Diego County (Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Escondido), Orange County, Los Angeles County, as well as Riverside County, with special focus on Temecula, Murrieta, Hemet, and Lake Elsinore.
Jodi has recently joined our team as our legal administrative assistant. Jodi brings with her over ten years of experience in various administrative and customer service related roles. Jodi is the primary point of contact for potential clients. She assists all potential clients with scheduling their free initial confidential consultation and ensuring they are properly prepared for their meeting with Mr. Semnar.
For clients who are in litigation, Jodi calendars due dates for discovery, schedules depositions, and ensures that our clients are in regular communication with Mr. Semnar.
Jodi has completed her formal education in Southern California and continues to regularly commit to further expanding her legal administrative skills. Jodi also brings a friendly and calming disposition to our office.
